Are the beads in Peniel products, natural stone beads?

Yes, they are AA, AAA or Grade 5A quality stone beads from Brazil, Russia, Canada or Indonesia;

What type of leather is being used?

Only COW HIDE leather is used in our products. We don’t use PU or other artificial leather which others present as genuine leather;

Where are these products made?

These Products are made in Suriname under the brand name PENIEL. Peniel is a registered and protected trademark;

Can customers get samples?

Our sample policy is as follows. We sell samples at special prices and deduct the amount you have paid when you place your first order of a minimum of $5,000.00;

What is the lead time for Peniel products?

The Lead Time totally depends on your order and destination. For larger orders ( > 500 pcs) , the lead time may be 4 weeks, for smaller orders (approx. 150 pcs), the lead time may vary from 8 to 15 days;

How do we ship the products to the customers?

In most cases we ship Fedex or with other air cargo lines to your destination. Custom Clearance etc. is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping cost is negotiable and in very special cases, Peniel is willing to bare all or some of the shipping cost, depending on the circumstances;

How do customers have to pay the bill?

Payment can be done through bank transfer into our bank account in the USA. Credit Card payment will be possible in the very near future;

Upon receipt of our quotation, the customer needs to pay at least 80% of the quoted amount. Products will be shipped when the balance of 20% is paid;

Are there wholesales prices?

Yes, we value retailers and depending on the quantities purchased or the contract quantities, our prices may go very low. This is part of our negotiations;

Our prices are at least 50% lower than comparable products;

Is custom design possible?

We created our own product style and each design is unique, nevertheless, custom design is possible as long as it does not interfere with the Peniel Product Design Policy;

How is the After-Sale Service?

We provide friendly, easy-to-reach after-sale support, through the retailer or directly;
